About us
This website is operated by North Atlanta Golf Carts. We sell, service, and (where applicable) rent golf carts and related parts. Specifications, prices, and availability shown on this site are subject to change without notice.
Inquiries, quotes, and orders
Submitting a contact form or quote request does not create a binding contract. Online orders for parts and accessories become binding when we accept them — typically when payment is processed and the order ships. We may decline or cancel any order, in which case any payment will be refunded.
Pricing and product details
We try hard to keep listings accurate. If a price or detail is wrong (typo, system error, supplier change), we'll contact you before fulfilling and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel. Photos are representative; the cart you receive may differ slightly in trim, color, or accessories.
Returns, refunds, and warranty
Cart sales and rentals are governed by the agreement signed at delivery or pickup. Parts and accessories may be returned in unused condition within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price (less return shipping). Manufacturer warranty terms apply to all new parts; we'll help facilitate any warranty claims.
Rentals
Rental customers must sign a separate rental agreement at pickup, which controls the rental terms (deposit, mileage limits, damage policy, and so on). Rentals are conditional on availability and a valid driver's license / payment method.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which North Atlanta Golf Carts operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
